Ceremony
Main Ceremony,
Held 12:00-2:00 in MacArthur Court, June 14. No tickets are required. Doors open at 10:30. More information is available at Student Life website

Department Ceremony,
Held 3:00-4:00 in Gerlinger Lounge, June 14. Light refreshments will be served following the ceremony. No tickets are required. Doors open at 2:00. Encourage your family and friends to bring cameras. About 5-10 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony graduates will meet on the steps inside Gerlinger Hall. A department staff member will line up everyone prior to the processional.
Regalia
Main Ceremony. Regalia is required.
Department Ceremony. Regalia is not required, but encouraged.
Renting Regalia.
Rent regalia through UO Duck Store. The bookstore is having a Graduation Fair April 7-10, which will provide information about diploma frames, class rings, regalia, announcements, etc. More information is available at UO Duck Store website

Degree Application.
Undergraduate Degree. Deadline to apply for degree is April 27th. Apply for degree via DuckWeb.
Graduate Degree. Deadline to apply for degree is April 11th. Apply for degree via Graduate School website, click on Current Students, Click on Graduation.

Hotel Reservations.
Book early! Hotels in the Eugene/Springfield area during graduation weekend book up. Student Life has a link leading to the Lane County Visitor association showing various hotels and their contact information. Suggested hotels are available on Student Life website, Click on Commencement, Click on Visitors, Click on Convention and Visitors Association of Lane County, and then click on Eugene.
Disability Services.
The main ceremony and the department ceremony are both wheelchair accessible. The main ceremony will have someone doing sign language. Should your guest(s) need additional assistance, please let Anitra Ingham, Linguistics Commencement Coordinator know so arrangements can be made ahead of time.
Parking.
Parking will be tight. Encourage your guests to arrive early. If you or your guest(s) need assistance to the ceremony, flag down a ceremony worker in a bright yellow shirt in a golf cart and ask for a ride.
Lost?
Ask any ceremony worker in a bright yellow shirt for assistance. In addition to roving workers, an information booth is provided at 19th and University.
